Wagyu steak
The secret is in the marbling: wagyu fat melts below body temperature, which is why every bite dissolves like butter on your tongue. Briefly seared, pink centre, a pinch of salt flakes. Small bites you won't want to share. Exclusively in the all-you-can-eat.
A note on fairness: to keep the quality this high for everyone, we charge €5 per 200 g for dishes that are ordered but left largely untouched. Soups, sauces and dishes you can't finish for taste or health reasons are of course exempt. Thank you.
